District Nurse/Nurse to Karla Health Center

Job Responsibilities
The work involves independent practice with the patient's best interests at the forefront. Duties include outpatient care, counseling, reception work, medication management, and prescribing certain medications and aids. In combination with independent work, you will collaborate closely with your colleagues at the health center. We meet our patients both by phone and during physical visits. We also work digitally via 1177Direct/Clinic24.

Qualifications
We are looking for a licensed nurse with a specialist nurse degree in district nursing, or alternatively a licensed nurse. If you are also a diabetes nurse or an asthma/COPD nurse, you are of particular interest to us! Experience with the Cosmic medical record system is an asset.
You have good communication and collaboration skills and find it easy to create good interactions with both patients and colleagues. Contributing to the organization's development and change projects is seen as a natural part of your work. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
