Rotation Position for Nurses – Lindesberg Hospital

Responsibilities

The Block Service Period – Your Secure Start

• 13 months with planned placements, including summer vacation.
• Individual introduction plan.
• Mentor at each unit.
• Skill training via the Clinical Training Center (KTC).
• You will work with both planned and acute care.

During the block service period, you may work in several of our units:

• Medicine Department 1
• Surgery Department 4
• Orthopedics Department 3
• Intensive Care Unit (ICU) – possibly a shorter placement
• Day Surgery and Post-op with observation in anesthesia and surgery
• Emergency Department

After the Block Service Period?

When the block period is completed, you will continue your employment as a rotation position between some of our departments or permanently on one of the departments.
