JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We offer you an introduction where you will shadow experienced colleagues to feel secure in your role. In the introduction, you will learn about our values that all staff work from. You will always have close access to colleagues who provide support when needed.

You will work in a rewarding and stimulating work environment, where the focus is on helping individuals with varying tasks based on their needs.

If you are hired, you will receive a schedule for the summer period, which runs from week 25 to 32. We strive to offer you a schedule based on your preferences and how much you want to work.

For those who want to work during the spring, there will be opportunities for hourly employment. There will also be a chance for you to continue working as a substitute after the summer.

QUALIFICATIONS

• We are looking for someone interested in working with people.
• Education or experience in care and social services or social work is an advantage.
• You must master the Swedish language in a way that allows you to communicate with residents, relatives, and other staff, as well as document what the business requires.
• A valid driver's license (B) is required to work in home care.
• As a person, you are flexible and have an easy time collaborating with others.
• You have a good attitude and are not afraid to take initiative.
