Folktandvården Sofia is looking for three dental nurses, are you one of them?

Folktandvården Sofia is a modern dental clinic located in a beautiful cultural building about a 10-minute walk from the central station and the center of Örebro. The clinic has seven treatment rooms that have been renovated during the years 2020-2021 in bright fresh colors, creating a lovely atmosphere combined with the old charm. The clinic is well-equipped with digital technology as we regularly work with digital healthcare meetings and also digital consultations. We work with digital impressions and laser. We have about 25 employees and a patient group of approximately 10,000 patients with an even distribution between children and adults. Here at Folktandvården Sofia, you as a dental nurse can work with the full range of dental care.

Folktandvården Region Örebro län actively works with preventive dental care and Frisktandvård, all to ensure that our residents have the best oral health possible. We offer dental care at 21 general dental clinics and 8 specialist dental clinics. We have a dental laboratory, a public health unit, and an education and research unit closely linked to Örebro University. A total of about 600 employees work within Folktandvården Region Örebro län.

As a dental nurse with us, you have a good sense of service, enjoy taking responsibility, and are interested in development. The position includes assistance, reception work, and some administrative tasks. We would like you to be interested in working with your own patients. Together, dental nurses share the responsibility of being customer receptionists over the phone.

You are a qualified dental nurse and are interested in working with both pediatric and adult dental care. It is an advantage if you have documented experience in the dental nursing profession. You master the Swedish language and express yourself well in both speech and writing.

We work with digital record-keeping, which means you need to have good computer skills. We place great emphasis on personal qualities such as good collaboration and initiative skills. As a person, you are flexible and used to handling many different responsibilities.
