Apoteket Lärkan is located inside Karlskoga hospital and is a well-visited hospital pharmacy with high customer flow and great variation in the workday. Here you work together with an engaged team of ten colleagues who enjoy collaborating and supporting each other. The dynamic environment, combined with the pharmacy's central location in the hospital area, creates good opportunities to develop and contribute your expertise to our important mission The working hours for this position are within the local pharmacy's opening hours: weekdays 08.00-19.00, Saturdays 09.00-17.00, Sundays 10.00-16.00.

Our pharmacists always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. In your role, you handle counseling, prescription dispensing, and self-care, and take responsibility for safety and service in every customer meeting.

What you will do with us:

• Provide professional advice and create added value in every customer meeting, with care and understanding for people's different needs.

• Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so that our customers can feel safe with us.

• Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together.

• Stay updated on our product range and our campaigns, to provide customers with the best possible assistance.

• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the workday and customer experience at our pharmacy.

For this position, you need to be a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician, with a clear interest in people, health, and medications.
