Welcome to our specialist dental care unit and the Department of Occlusion (Bettfysiologi) in Örebro. We are looking for you to join our team and drive the clinic's development into the future. We also expect you to be able to support our work in Sleep Apnea/Sleep Medicine, which is part of our unit.

At the departments for Occlusion and Sleep Apnea, we have 1 chief dentist, 3 dental nurses, and specialist dentists. You now have the chance to become part of our team!

Our unit covers Occlusion, Sleep Apnea/Sleep Medicine, and Dental Radiology/X-ray. At the Public Dental Service's Specialist Dental Care, the following specialties are represented: Occlusion, Sleep Apnea, Endodontics, Dental Radiology, Orthodontics, Periodontics, Pedodontics, and Oral Prosthetics. We collaborate with the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Clinic and maintain close cooperation in care, education, and research with the nearby University Hospital and Örebro University.

The position primarily involves assistance, instrument care, and administrative work. We also work with delegated tasks, mainly in the form of digital impression taking, biofeedback, and patient information/motivation.

You are a qualified dental nurse and wish to work with both pediatric and adult dentistry. It is an advantage if you have documented experience in the dental nursing profession and experience with assistance. You must master the Swedish language and express yourself well in speech and writing. You must have documented knowledge of Swedish corresponding to at least C1 level according to the Council of Europe's scale. As a dental nurse, you should have a strong service mindset, enjoy taking personal responsibility, and be self-reliant in your professional role.

We use digital record-keeping in Frenda, so you need good computer skills. We place great emphasis on personal qualities such as good teamwork and initiative. As a person, you are flexible and used to handling many different responsibilities. You are also interested in developing your competence within occlusal activities.
