We are looking for a nursing responsible nurse for home care in Örebro municipality. You will work independently in a varied and meaningful assignment with a focus on patient-centered care.

• Client: Örebro municipality – HSV Sydost
• Period: Immediately until August 31, 2026
• Scope: 100%
• Working hours: Monday–Friday 07:00–16:00 (30 min break)

• Nursing responsibility in home care
• Patient visits, planning and follow-up of interventions
• Collaboration with users, relatives, and colleagues

Mandatory requirements:

• Licensed nurse
• Driver's license for manual car
• Experience from home care

Desirable:

• Knowledge in the operational system Lifecare HSL
• Previous experience from Örebro municipality's operations
