In the role of district nurse, you will work with telephone counseling, planned appointments, medication management, and prescription of selected medications and aids.

You will have independent responsibility in your work while being part of a close-knit team where we support each other in daily tasks. Collaboration and communication are a natural part of our operations.

We are looking for someone who is a district nurse or a licensed nurse with relevant experience. You have a professional and empathetic approach towards both patients and colleagues.
