Your role as Group ManagerIn the role of Group Manager, you are one of several other group managers who, together with the Site Manager, make up the local management team and lead both the strategic and operational work at the central office in Örebro.
You are the first-line manager and supervisor for a number of operational employees who work around the clock in various roles. You exercise a present leadership style and have a coaching role, where you help each individual employee to develop. You also exercise the collective leadership of the center with your colleagues and create good conditions for the entire employee group.
Your daily life as Group ManagerYour tasks include delegated responsibility for work environment, conducting employee conversations, being active in scheduling together with the staffing department, working with quality follow-up, competence supply, and recruiting new operational employees. The employees work with many different services; 112 reception, ambulance dispatch, alarm and management operator, Team Leader. You are also responsible for delivery against the organization's goals together with your colleagues.
The position includes internal collaboration both locally and nationally, as well as with the company's external partners.
The working hours are mainly during the day, but in your role as Group Manager, you may need to work flexible hours such as evenings, nights, and weekends, primarily because your employees work around the clock, but it can also depend on assignments and needs in the organization.

We believe you have experience inWorking as a nurse
Experience as a leader with work management and/or personnel responsibility.
Understanding of issues that arise in an organization that operates 24/7/365.
Very good knowledge of the Office suite.
Experience working with or against emergency services or alarm centers.
Is clear in their leadership
Is an inspirer and has an easy time engaging others
Has good collaboration skills and is a team player who can also work independently
Has an interest in deepening their knowledge of operational processes to lead and develop the organization effectively
Has a structured approach, is creative, and solution-focused
Has a drive to contribute to the development of an organization in change

SOS Alarm conducts background checks and security assessments with register checks on its staff according to the requirements of the security protection law (2018:585). A check according to the Act (1974:191) on security companies is also performed and is active during the employment period. A drug test without remarks is a prerequisite for employment. The position also involves military placement at SOS Alarm.
