Kopparbergs Health Center is a small workplace located about 40 kilometers from Lindesberg Hospital. This makes our patient work both broad and varied. Our mission is to help people when they need healthcare, but also to prevent ill health. For us, both parts are equally important. We who carry out this mission are a close-knit team of about 20 people, where everyone plays an important role. Here, we help each other, within and between all professional groups. Everyone has the opportunity to positively influence the workplace, and we work to meet personal development needs.

Physiotherapist to Kopparbergs Health CenterJob ResponsibilitiesAs an employee with us, you will help the local residents achieve good health, both in terms of care and prevention. You will have patient contact at the health center in the form of functional assessments, treatments, planning, coordination of efforts, and leading group activities.
The job responsibilities include both scheduled appointments and handling acute conditions at the primary care level, as well as rehabilitation at home and in special housing. Naturally, as part of our close-knit team, you will have a defined role in our work to develop the health center and our mission. All to provide our patients with the best possible care.
We have good cooperation between health centers in the northern part of the county, which may involve working at another unit or remotely.

QualificationsWe are looking for someone who is a licensed physiotherapist.
Since the position involves meetings with both patients and colleagues, we see it as a given that you have a knack for creating good meetings. You also easily collaborate in a team with other professional groups at the health center and partners. As a person, you are independent, take initiative, and easily adapt, and you have the drive and willingness to contribute to the health center's continuous development and change.
