We are now looking for new colleagues for a project in Mölnlycke. We are looking for someone with a passion for IT who is willing to work in a global company with development opportunities.

We currently deliver IT support across various services and need to strengthen the team with new colleagues who can start in February/March 2026.

Responsibilities and tasks;

  • Hardware-related installations for PC devices and networks for our client
  • Administer and execute orders for IT services, applications, and permissions for staff, consultants, and suppliers
  • Installation, configuration, testing, deployment, and maintenance of hardware
  • Contribute to continuously improving routines and processes within IT support areas
  • Support our customers at various sites (2nd level support)
  • Monitor and inform about planned IT disruptions or incidents
  • Participate in IT-related projects (e.g., rollouts)
  • Provide Hands and Eyes support in network environments.
  • Printer support

Our requirements;

  • At least 2 years of experience in IT or IT operations
  • In-depth knowledge of hardware systems/platforms and system imaging
  • Knowledge of operating systems Windows, Active Directory, Windows Server
  • Knowledge of configuring PCs, Macs, iPhones, and Android devices
  • Fluent in Swedish and good English skills
  • Willing to travel for work

Preferred qualifications;

  • Knowledge of IT asset management and handling
  • Experience with remote support tools and video conferencing systems
  • Previous experience in Field Technical Support
  • Driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
