JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for someone who wants to work on the development of mathematics education! In our team, you will become a key person to help us improve goal fulfillment and create a teaching environment where every student has the opportunity to succeed. You will drive development initiatives, mentor teachers, and work strategically to identify students in need of support early on. As a special teacher at Humleskolan, you will work at the individual, group, and organizational levels from both a preventive and promoting as well as a remedial perspective. Part of the position includes teaching in our special education group. You will collaborate with other educators, the school's student health team, and special educators.

You will create a safe and inclusive learning environment and support, motivate, and stimulate students' knowledge development through varied methods based on their individual circumstances.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a certified teacher with further training as a special teacher, specializing in mathematics, or has qualifications deemed equivalent by the employer.
• Has a burning interest in driving development to enhance students' interest and goal fulfillment.
• Has good competence to work with students with NPF and mapping support needs.
• Possesses a good ability to collaborate and build good relationships with students, guardians, colleagues, and management as well as with external actors.
• Is confident and attentive with a very good ability to guide and motivate.
