Do you want to grow in the role of a property administrator? We are now looking for you who want to take on a six-month consulting assignment – which will then transition into employment with our client in Gothenburg.

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a property administrator for a consulting assignment that will lead to employment. The start date is negotiable, preferably within the next two to three months. The assignment lasts for six months and is full-time with placement in Gothenburg.

In the role of property administrator, you will have a central and varied role in the management organization, where you are responsible for ensuring that the property administration runs smoothly and professionally. You will work closely with both colleagues and tenants and become an important part of a cohesive team with short decision-making paths and great commitment.

• Management of lease agreements, contract writing, and rent invoicing.
• Rental of apartments and parking spaces, including advertising via HomeQ.
• Management of subletting, key administration, and simpler local agreements.
• Dialogue with tenants regarding contracts, payments, reminders, and other administrative issues.
• General office administration, such as switchboard, email management, and simpler purchases.
• Work in the property system REAL.

We are looking for someone with experience in property administration who thrives in a broad role where you can take responsibility and work closely with both colleagues and customers. You have an understanding of rental laws and experience in contract and payment management.

• Experience in property administration, contract management, and rent invoicing.
• Basic knowledge of rental laws.
• Good economic understanding and experience with payment flows and reminder management.
• Familiarity with digital systems.
• Good communication skills in both spoken and written form.
• Experience in rental and debt collection is considered a merit.
