We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer/Supplier Quality Engineer for one of our clients where you will be responsible for a wide range of quality-related tasks concerning products, processes, and suppliers. You will also play a central role in projects related to future product development to ensure that quality aspects are integrated early in the lifecycle. Responsibilities

• Manage and develop quality and environmental management systems (QMS/EMS) to ensure compliance with international standards and regulations.
• Lead and support internal, external, supplier, and customer audits to maintain certifications (e.g., ISO).
• Participate in the development and improvement of environmental management work in line with the company's sustainability goals.
• Identify, analyze, and address deviations in processes or products, both internally and within the supply chain.
• Establish and update formal work instructions to ensure consistent quality processes across all departments.
• Lead problem-solving initiatives related to customer, supplier, or internal quality issues.
• Drive quality improvement projects within the organization to strengthen product and system integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quality management, engineering, or another relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Documented experience in quality work within the manufacturing industry.
• Experience in managing supplier quality and conducting supplier audits.
• Documented competence in relevant standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and AS9100.
• Practical experience with problem-solving methods (e.g., PDCA, 5 Whys).
• Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written).
