We are now looking for a materials and process engineer for Beyond Gravity, which operates in the space industry and produces onboard computers for satellites as well as components for antennas and microwave electronics.

As a materials and process engineer, you will work in a broad role linked to production at both the Gothenburg site and Beyond Gravity's other production sites in Europe. You will focus on new production technology related to Beyond Gravity's complex materials and components, work with requirements from major space-related authorities and customers, and be involved in the implementation of customer-specific solutions. Furthermore, the role may include tasks related to supporting production with existing processes and the introduction of new manufacturing processes, or negotiating with customers and suppliers on issues related to materials and production processes.

• Has a master's degree in chemical engineering, mechatronics, electronics, or production engineering.
• Has several years of experience working with materials and process engineering issues.
• Possesses good business acumen and appreciates customer and supplier contact.
• Has previously worked in an ERP system, preferably SAP.
• Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and English, as both languages are used in daily work.

This is a consulting assignment, which means that you will initially be employed by Friday. The ambition from both Beyond Gravity and our side is that you will then be directly employed by them.

This position requires you to undergo and be approved, according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where our client has requirements for security classification, this may, in certain cases, entail requirements for specific citizenship.

• Extent: Full-time.
• Location: Gothenburg.
• Start: Immediately, considering a possible notice period of up to 3 months.
