TeknikAkademin Norden AB is looking for a trainer in the field of process engineering who wants to teach and guide students in the development and optimization of industrial processes. The role includes both theoretical teaching and practical elements, focusing on process technology, flow optimization, quality assurance, and operation of production and manufacturing processes.

As a trainer, you contribute to providing students with a comprehensive understanding of how processes are analyzed, controlled, and improved in modern industrial environments.

• Teach process technology, production processes, and process optimization

• Guide students in analyzing flows, capacity, and efficiency

• Introduce methods for quality assurance and continuous improvement work

• Teach measurement technology, process control, and technical documentation

• Support students in projects related to operation and process development

• Has a professional or academic background as a process engineer or in a related technical field

• Has experience working with industrial processes and process control

• Has a good understanding of production flows, quality systems, and efficiency improvements

• Is analytical and confident in technical reasoning

• Has good pedagogical skills and can convey technical relationships clearly and structured

• Has good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

• Meritorious: experience in teaching or mentoring
