We are now looking for ILS Engineers for our team in Gothenburg - both for those with a few years of experience and for those who are more senior and want to take the next step. Your role as an ILS Engineer

As an ILS Engineer, you become an important part of projects within defense, industry, and infrastructure. You work to ensure that operations, maintenance, and availability are integrated from the early phases of system development.

Depending on your experience, you will:

• Work with or lead ILS activities in projects
• Develop ILS plans and perform analyses such as LSA and FMECA
• Contribute to operational safety and optimization of maintenance strategies
• Collaborate closely with customers to understand needs and develop solutions
• Participate in developing methods and processes within ILS

You will have the opportunity to take on more responsibility over time, and for senior staff, there is also the possibility to lead parts of the work or entire assignments.

There is also a growing need and great opportunities to work with ILS training, both internally and externally towards the customer - for example by conducting workshops, supporting competence development, or contributing to building our knowledge in the area.

Who are you?

We believe you are a curious and solution-oriented engineer who thrives in a role where you can combine technology with collaboration. You have approximately 2-5 years of experience, or more, in areas such as technology, maintenance, logistics, or systems work. You have experience with or a strong interest in areas such as ILS, RAMS, IPS, or Life Cycle Management, and you have a technical degree from university, university college, or equivalent work experience. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.

It is meritorious if you have experience from working within the defense industry or with complex technical systems. We also view positively knowledge in analyses such as FMECA, LSA, and LORA, as well as experience with international standards such as ASD or MIL. If you have also worked in project-leading or customer-facing roles, or have experience in conducting training, workshops, or knowledge transfer, it is a big plus. Experience with tools such as Opus, WQS, or similar systems is also meritorious.

Since the position may involve work covered by defense secrecy, you are required to undergo and pass a security clearance with register check.
