We are looking for an ILS/IPS Engineer for our office in Trollhättan. Here you will have a central role where you influence both system design and support solutions, build customer relationships, and help develop our ILS offering. At our Combitech office located in the Innovatum area in Trollhättan, over 200 employees work today. Among other things, you will help build a team focused on ILS together with the recruiting manager in Gothenburg, as well as in collaboration with other Combitech colleagues at the office.

Your role as an ILS Engineer

As an ILS Engineer, you work close to both technology and business.

You will:

• Integrate operations and maintenance perspectives early in development
• Lead or support projects within ILS planning, LSA, and operational safety analyses
• Work closely with customers and translate needs into technical solutions
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and development within the team
• Identify improvements and drive the development of methods and tools

Who are you?

We believe you have experience with ILS/IPS and thrive in working in technically complex projects where you get to combine structure with analysis and collaboration. You are self-motivated in your working style, have a good ability to plan and prioritize, and collaborate effectively with both colleagues and customers.

For the role, we would like you to have at least three years of experience within ILS/IPS, preferably from industries such as defense, automotive, or aviation. You have very good communication skills and express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

It is meritorious if you have experience with project management within ILS as well as knowledge in areas such as LORA, FMECA, and maintenance planning. If you have also worked with standards such as ASD or MIL-STD and are familiar with using support tools such as Opus and WQS, we see this as an extra plus.

As the position involves work covered by defense secrecy, it is required that you undergo and pass a security clearance with register check.
