We are looking for a driven and structured Supply Chain Specialist / Demand Planner to join our Nordic team in Mölnlycke. The role is a full-time temporary position for approximately 8 months, starting as soon as possible – preferably in March.

About the role

As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will work within the automotive industry. The role is both operational and strategic, and you will be a central link between the Nordics and Europe. You will have daily contact with factories, central functions within production, purchasing, and product management, as well as colleagues in warehouses across several countries.

You will be part of a team with several Supply Chain Specialists, a transport coordinator, and a warehouse manager. The role requires you to be present at the office in Mölnlycke, but remote work may occur if necessary.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate the delivery process from order to delivery

  • Ensure efficient warehousing, material management, and deliveries

  • Monitor production and delivery status and take necessary actions

  • Be a pedagogical and service-oriented contact for colleagues and external suppliers

  • Contribute to improvement and optimization work within Supply Chain

Your profile

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has several years of experience in a similar role within Supply Chain or logistics

  • Is structured, analytical, and action-oriented

  • Has very good system skills and excellent Excel knowledge

  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

  • Thrives in an operational and dynamic environment where flexibility and problem-solving are key

  • Has a genuine interest in products, warehousing, and workflows, and is willing to collaborate closely with the production team

You thrive in a team where everyone supports each other and where there are high demands for quality and accuracy. The role requires you to be quick-witted, stress-resistant, and able to prioritize effectively.
