We are now looking for an Industrialization Engineer - Level 3 for our client.

About the assignment You will be part of a team responsible for production development and industrialization. In this role, you will work both strategically and operationally to ensure efficient, robust, and future-proof production solutions.

Responsibilities include, among others: - Development of production setups and production concepts - Responsibility for manufacturing plans, including: - Design for Assembly (DFA) - Lead time calculations - Value Stream Mapping and FMEA - Production flows and layout planning - Development of production methods and processes - Responsibility for investments and preparation of business cases - Participation in or leading the implementation of new digital solutions - Cross-functional work together with Manufacturing, Product Development, Customer Projects, and Business Intelligence - You are expected to take overall technical responsibility in the industrialization process when introducing new products and, if necessary, contribute to the establishment of new production lines.

Requirements - Consultant Level 3 - Bachelor's or master's degree in production, manufacturing, logistics, or industrial economics/industrial engineering - Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written - Good understanding of manufacturing processes and production flows, especially for low-volume products - Structured working method and ability to take personal responsibility in technically complex contexts - Strong collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally   Meritorious - Experience with FMEA and simulation tools such as DES - Experience with CAD tools - Experience working in ERP/PLM systems, such as IFS - Interest in and experience with digitization, Industry 4.0, smart factories, or connected production environments - Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and systems   Other information Work model: On-site Location: Gothenburg Assignment period: 2026-03-02 to 2026-06-30 Possibility of extension: Yes Security clearance: Yes, security clearance/background check is required before start
