About the role:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving, leading, and managing current projects in a way that meets the customer's requirements and needs while being economically beneficial. You will have full responsibility for the project's budget, sales targets, and resource planning. It will also be your responsibility to conduct opportunity and risk analyses, as well as follow up on the project to take corrective actions when necessary. The role also involves representing the project and its interests towards both customers and suppliers, as well as negotiating changes and requirements with these stakeholders. You will also work on customer acquisition projects and activities related to winning new business. The position involves close collaboration with the project team, where you are responsible for communicating, coordinating, and distributing tasks among team members.

The position is a resident role, meaning you will be employed by AUMOVIO but primarily work on-site at one of the customers that AUMOVIO works with.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, natural sciences, industrial economics, or a comparable field.
• More than 5 years of experience from the automotive industry, consumer electronics industry, or other technology-intensive industries, in various roles and functions.
• Experience in project management or similar in an international environment.
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
• Business-oriented person with experience in customer-facing and relationship-building work.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience as a project manager in at least one completed project.
• Entrepreneurial approach with the ability to create results through initiative, teamwork, determination, and good problem-solving skills.
• Experience with an agile working method.
