Your role

You will be a part of the unit for Surface projects, within Projects & Planning, at Production Gothenburg, either as a product planner or as a project planner. The planning unit is responsible for Customer Order in IFS, from demand to delivery, balancing the workload through production and clearly communicate the status of assigned projects. As a dedicated project planner, you will play a central role in the interface between development, purchasing, project management and production within our organization.

Your primary responsibility revolves around monitoring and planning of purchases as well as manufacturing processes in alignment with project schedules.

Your key activities include:

• Ensure material supply in time for order start in production
• Obsolescence management and administration
• Responsibility of change orders
• Project and stakeholder communication

Your profile

Additional qualifications that would set you apart include:

• Experience of production and/or material planning
• Knowledge about IFS or other MPS system.
• Easy to collaborate and enjoy working in an environment with many different contacts
• Knowledge and experience about our products

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
