We are looking for a Production Engineer for a consulting assignment with a client in advanced technology and systems development. You will be an important part of a team that develops, improves, and ensures the quality of production environments for technically advanced products. The role is central to creating a robust, safe, and efficient production with a focus on sustainable and long-term working methods.

You will work closely with production and combine technical analyses with practical improvement work. The assignment also includes contributing with methodological support, standardization, and support in workplace-related issues.

• Implement improvements in production environments for increased efficiency and ensured product quality
• Compile and conduct training for production staff
• Perform technical monitoring of the production environment in the facility
• Monitor developments and trends in assembly and production
• Participate in layout work and contribute to changes in the production environment
• Document new and modified manufacturing layouts in CAD
• Support the organization in workplace-related issues
• Develop and implement standardized working methods based on 5S

• Education in production technology or equivalent relevant experience
• Analytical and practical approach
• Good communication skills and experience in collaboration in a production environment
• Ability to work systematically according to established processes and routines
• Experience working with 5S
• Experience with CAD for documentation of layouts
• Independent, curious, and positive with a good ability to plan and lead your own work
