As the Electrical Responsible, you will be an important part of the maintenance organization responsible for service and maintenance within electrical, mechanical, and property at our facility in Mariestad. The role involves significant personal responsibility and close collaboration with colleagues, suppliers, and external parties.

You will play a central role in ensuring that our electrical systems are safe, modern, and comply with current regulations. The assignment also includes planning and following up on work within electrical power, automation, and service for high and medium voltage facilities. You will act as the contact person for power suppliers and service partners as well as for authorities.

You will drive your own projects and participate as an expert in larger new construction and renovation projects. An important part of the job is to ensure that drawings, maps, and technical documentation are current and that technicians and specially trained personnel have the right authorizations and training. The role also involves issuing work and vehicle permits for both internal staff and hired resources, as well as supporting electrical preparedness when needed.

Furthermore, you will work to prevent disturbances, drive development, and create a safe working environment within your area of responsibility. You will also work with and support the maintenance department regarding RCA, annual stops, electrical analyses, energy optimization, and other assignments related to the facility's availability and operational reliability.

The position is a permanent employment, and you will report to the Maintenance Manager in Mariestad.

What type of competence are we looking for?

• Relevant technical education, for example as a bachelor's engineer, vocational engineer, automation technician, or equivalent experience

• Authorization A

• Solid experience in the electrical field, preferably with previous responsibility for electrical installations

• Good understanding of laws, regulations, and standards within electrical safety

• Knowledge in electrical design and Electrical CAD

• Experience with maintenance systems such as Maximo or SAP PM

• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Experience working strategically and driving electrical work in complex operations

• Driver's license B

• Meritorious: knowledge of PLC, servo systems, frequency converters
