As a Training & Learning Specialist, you are Fitness24Seven’s expert on fitness, training content, and learning. This role ensures that the company’s training programs, concepts, and courses maintain high quality and are grounded in solid exercise physiology.

Practical Information

• Employment: Fixed-term contract with a desired start date of September 1, 2026, through July 1, 2027.

• Location: Gothenburg Office (100% on-site, no remote work option)

What does the job entail?

Your main focus (approx. 70%)

• Develop and quality-assure training content, and manage group fitness concepts from ideation and launch to maintenance.

• Identify trends, particularly in strength training, and translate them into commercially strong solutions.

• Produce and contribute to training content (video, image, and text) and represent the company’s fitness expertise.

• Responsible for training courses for instructors, PT consultants, and internal staff.

• Deliver lectures and workshops on fitness and health, both internally and externally.

• Drive cross-functional projects related to fitness and health.

• Package and communicate training concepts with a clear commercial perspective.

Operational support in the West Region (30%)

• Develop and manage the PT consultant model, including recruitment when needed, onboarding, and quality follow-up.

• Ensure the implementation of new concepts in our gyms.

• Serve as a resource for group fitness matters and represent the department locally.

Who we think you are

You are a fitness specialist with deep and broad competence in exercise science, anatomy, and physiology.

You are confident in assessing, developing, and quality-assuring high-level training content, with a credibility that makes others rely on your expertise.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in exercise science and anatomy.

• Licensed personal trainer and experienced group fitness instructor, active in the last 2 years.

• Deep competence and expertise in strength training.

• Experience in creating and delivering fitness training courses.

• Experience in creating commercial fitness concepts.

• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LMS or digital education.

• Experienced in creating training content (video/image).

• Specialization in areas such as running, mobility, or nutrition.

• Experience in project management or leadership.
