Job Description

We are now looking for a Project Manager for an exciting assignment within vehicle development. In this role, you will be a key player in the development of future vehicles and responsible for driving development from the early concept phase all the way to series production.

You are responsible for leading and coordinating the development of products throughout the entire product development process – from project start to production launch, as well as during changes and improvements during ongoing series production.

The role involves close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders, where you lead cross-functional teams and ensure that the project's goals are met regarding:

• Function and performance
• Quality
• Schedule
• Technical solution
• Cost

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is structured, solution-oriented, and driven by turning technical challenges into successful solutions. You thrive in a collaborative environment and have a natural ability to create engagement and momentum in cross-functional teams.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• A university degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in product development within the automotive industry
• Strong experience in project management and coordination of cross-functional teams
• Ability to independently drive development activities and make well-founded decisions
• Very good communication skills in English
