About the Role

Do you want to share your technical expertise and help shape the automation specialists of the future? TeknikAkademin Norden AB is now looking for an educator in automation technology. In this role, you teach, mentor, and inspire adult students at the university college level. You combine theory and practice in modern education developed in close collaboration with the industry.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct theoretical and practical teaching in automation and control systems
• Develop course content, educational materials, and digital learning resources
• Mentor and support students in their learning and projects
• Contribute to the quality and relevance of the education through contact with the business community
• Participate in the development of TeknikAkademin's educational programs

We are looking for someone who

• Has professional experience in automation, electrical, and control systems
• Has knowledge of PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, ABB, Mitsubishi, Beckhoff)
• Understands HMI/SCADA systems, sensor technology, and motor control
• Is pedagogical, communicative, and solution-oriented
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Advantageous: pedagogical experience – we offer training and support if needed
