In the role of Store Architect Planner, you are a key figure in Jula's store openings and renovations. You are responsible for planning store layouts based on set frameworks, technical building specifications, and concept manuals – all with the goal of optimizing the customer experience and thereby driving sales. Your work covers both new openings and renovations across all of Jula's markets.

You ensure that the conceptual integrity is maintained in construction, signage, facades, layout, and customer flow. You initiate the drawing process and are responsible for collecting, quality-assuring, and integrating all necessary input into the project. The role involves close collaboration with external parties such as suppliers and property owners. At the same time, you work closely with colleagues across several departments within Jula.

The Concept Department is responsible for developing and managing the store concept, both exterior and interior, with the aim of creating a unified and inspiring customer experience. This includes designing store layouts and placing and developing communication to optimize customer flow and strengthen the brand. The department drives the ongoing development of the store concept in line with changing needs and trends. The department is also responsible for procurement and purchasing of interior design and communication solutions, as well as planning and ensuring establishment plans. For each establishment project, drawings, forecasts, and store orders are produced to ensure an efficient and quality-assured establishment process.

What is in your CV?

We are looking for you who have extensive experience in retail establishment and a good understanding of the entire establishment process – from idea to finished store. You have a deep understanding of how stores and supermarkets work – both in daily operations and from a sales and customer perspective. With your experience, you know how to create sales-driving store solutions where the placement of the assortment is optimized to influence customer flow and sales. You have the ability to combine functionality, aesthetics, and profitability in the planning of Jula's stores.

You have an education and at least three years of experience with the CAD program Graphisoft Archicad, are confident working in 3D views, and have a good visual sense. You are also proficient in the Office package, as well as Swedish and English in both speech and writing. Experience with Photoshop or similar is an advantage.
