We are looking for you

• You have several years of experience as a HVAC engineer.
• You have several years of experience in HVAC design.
• You have an interest in driving innovation and sustainability.
• You work proactively and understand the value of digitization.
• You can express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
• Experience with healthcare buildings is a plus.

This is what you will do with us

You will be part of our team in Gothenburg and Jönköping working with cutting-edge technology for tomorrow's healthcare buildings. We are many dedicated colleagues – all with extensive experience in HVAC design within healthcare environments.

As an experienced HVAC engineer, you will play a key role in our projects, where you will have the opportunity to contribute both technical expertise and leadership. With us, you will have the opportunity to grow in line with your ambitions. Whether you are a few years into your career or have extensive experience as a project manager, you will step into a role where you drive and develop HVAC design and have a central function in our multidisciplinary project teams. Here, you will help shape smart, sustainable solutions — while taking the next step in your own development.

We envision that with your experience you will want to:

• Lead and drive projects in healthcare environments.
• Design HVAC systems in combination with special systems, such as medical gases, etc.
• Be a support and advisor to our clients in decisions on complex technical issues.
• Function as a mentor for less experienced employees.
• Collaborate with colleagues both nationally and internationally.
