Designer/Project Manager for Exciting Industry

At Andersson Water AWAB Gothenburg, we are a company in the water and wastewater industry that develops, designs, and sells stainless steel wastewater screening machines through distributors worldwide. We need reinforcement of a designer/project manager.

Job Responsibilities

The job is primarily a technical role that includes order and project management as well as a significant amount of CAD design in 3D Inventor Sheet Metal. Coordination in detail within projects, design, and production is required. You need commercial experience/knowledge and the ability to travel for work both within the Nordic countries and other countries as needed.

Experience

You need technical experience/knowledge and be skilled in 3D sheet metal design. You have experience as a project manager and as a designer. You have some form of technical education or have acquired equivalent knowledge in other ways. You are highly driven and enjoy working closely with your customers. You have the ability to build good relationships and are committed to delivering quality work by serving both customers and colleagues. You are proficient in Inventor Sheet Metal and the Office suite including Word and Excel. We have many international email contacts, so you need to be quick to read, write, and respond to emails in fluent English and quickly understand the context. You should be accustomed to problem-solving, seeking information, and making independent decisions. There are good development opportunities ahead, and commercial and technical trips occur for training, trade fairs, and customer relations.
