  • Responsible for performing risk management during planned work or disturbances.

The position is a permanent employment with an initial 6-month probationary period.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with a clear electrical engineering background who thrives in a complex industrial and production environment.

To succeed in this role, we would like you to have:

  • Previous experience with Electrical Operations Responsibility.
  • Solid experience from technical operational environments – such as industry, property technology, energy, or production.
  • Very good knowledge of property installations, energy efficiency, technical regulations, and authority requirements.
  • Experience in analyzing operational data, following up energy performance, and driving improvement work.
  • Experience in developing customer relationships in technical environments and acting as an advisor on electrical operational issues.
  • Experience in preparing documentation and drawings as well as working with industry-specific programs and applications.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, as well as high digital maturity.

As a person, you are confident, communicative, and solution-oriented. You build relationships through availability and clarity, while driving results through structure and technical understanding.
