Are you a structured and solution-oriented Outbound Coordinator with experience in export, logistics, and transport administration? There is now an opportunity for a consulting assignment with a reputable pharmaceutical distributor where you will work in an important role within the export flow and contribute to high delivery precision and quality.

About the position

In the role of Outbound Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating export orders and outgoing deliveries. You will work closely with both internal and external parties to ensure that deliveries are made correctly, on time, and in accordance with applicable regulations. The role is placed within Logistics Coordination and involves a broad operational responsibility with a focus on quality, service, and continuous improvements according to Lean.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Registration and management of export orders and backorders
• Preparation of export documentation such as shipping documents, customs, and invoice documents
• Booking of transports and follow-up through track & trace
• Preparation and packing of temperature-controlled deliveries (15-25 °C)
• Management of returns, stock transfers, and deviations such as transport damages and temperature deviations
• Contact with carriers, freight forwarders, customs representatives, and customers
• Invoicing of service items
• Configuration of data loggers and uploading of CoA/CoC in Farmalogg
• Work with FMD and deregistration in SecureMedi
• Ongoing updates of export instructions
• Active participation in improvement work according to Lean

We would like you to have:

• Completed upper secondary education or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in warehouse work and/or order and transport administration
• Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
