Description

To continue developing sustainably, Gryaab is driving the New Rya program, our largest investment ever.

Through the program, we work with innovation and engagement to be ready with an expanded and upgraded treatment plant that meets future treatment requirements and societal needs by 2036.

The work within New Rya is divided into four phases. Currently, the program is in the pre-project phase. The program is planned to be completed by 2036.

Gryaab has a special department to drive the program, the Large Projects department. The program is led by the department head and is divided into several sub-projects. Each sub-project is led by a project manager. Do you want to be one of us and work for the sea and society?

Responsibilities

We are now looking for an engaged Electrical Designer who will work within the billion-dollar New Rya program. You will also collaborate with other people at Gryaab who work with electrical design and may also make some contributions to existing facilities. There is an opportunity for mentoring and knowledge exchange with existing staff.

You will work with electrical design in various sub-projects within the program from pre-project to operational facility. You will be involved as a specialist in certain sub-projects and may also lead your own smaller sub-projects.

You will belong to the Large Projects department and report to the department head. The group is characterized by high engagement, competence, dynamism, and curiosity.

Qualifications

We enjoy meeting the technical challenges of wastewater management in a practical and long-term sustainable way together with other competencies.

We are looking for someone with at least a high school education as an electrician. A university degree is an advantage. Experience in electrical design as well as experience from larger complex facility or process industry projects is also an advantage.

You have an understanding of large, complex electrical systems and other technical systems, can read process flow diagrams, and can handle 3D drawings.

You have knowledge of various industry standards. At Gryaab, we use Cadett Elsa as a drawing tool, and document management is handled in Comos. Experience with the above systems is an advantage.

It is an advantage if you can set requirements and follow up on contract issues related to electricity within projects.

As an Electrical Designer, you use your time efficiently and work in a structured and methodical manner. You are driven and have the ability to engage your colleagues and find it easy to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
