We think home electronics are fantastic. Therefore, we want to bring more joy, relaxation, and productivity to everyday life! We make gadgets accessible to everyone as simply, cheaply, and sustainably as possible. To succeed, our amazing employees are, of course, the most important asset we have. Are you in?
About the position
Do you want to work with product development, international suppliers, and private labels in one of the Nordic region's most well-known retail companies?
As a Private Label Coordinator, you are a key player throughout the product's lifecycle – from idea and development to launch and follow-up. You work closely with our purchasing organization, our category teams, and our partners in Europe and Asia to ensure that we develop competitive products with the right quality, clear positioning, and an optimal customer experience.
This is a role where you get to combine business acumen, product knowledge, structure, and project capability, both strategically and in operational execution. You keep the product journey together, ensure that requirements and specifications are followed, and make sure our products reach the market with the right quality and on time. Here you will have great responsibility, trust, and the opportunity to drive improvements forward.
You will, among other things:
Identify and drive the development of new products together with our category teams and suppliers
Conduct competitive and market analyses to ensure attractive offers and new product opportunities
Ensure that products meet our requirements for quality, safety, function, and brand positioning
Follow up on product performance, analysis data, and customer insights to continuously improve the assortment
Work closely with the quality organization (QM) to follow up on tests, deviations, and procedures
Coordinate collaboration between internal functions, purchasing, suppliers, and partners to ensure efficient processes
Ensure correct product information, specifications, price levels, MOQ, and internal documentation
Participate in project meetings, assortment discussions, and category-related forums
In the position of Technical Content Specialist, you are employed by NetOnNet and work within the Komplett Group, where NetOnNet is included. You report to the Private Label Manager, who, like you, is based within NetOnNet and works for the entire group.
Who are we looking for?
We believe that you are a business-driven, curious, analytical, and structured person who is motivated by driving development and following up on results. You enjoy taking responsibility, solving problems, and collaborating with many stakeholders. You are communicative, quality-conscious, and have an interest in products, technology, and customer experience.
You have:
Post-secondary education in purchasing, economics, engineering, or equivalent
2–3 years of experience in purchasing, product development, or supply chain
Experience working with international suppliers
Very good knowledge of Swedish and English
Advantageous if you have experience in OEM (private label), standardization, quality assurance, or product analysis
As a person, you are:
Business-driven and results-oriented
Structured, analytical, and meticulous – details matter
Collaborative and comfortable working with many stakeholders
Have broad technical understanding
Curious, brave, and proactive
Used to keeping order even when the pace is high
Flexible regarding travel
