The Opportunity

EY AI & Data is a rapidly growing and prioritized area within EY Technology Consulting. We are now looking for a senior consultant with practical experience in generative AI, Data Strategy, Data Governance, and Data Management. You will be involved in shaping the future AI & Data solutions for some of the most exciting players in the market – focusing on quality, innovation, and business value.

Responsibilities

As a senior consultant in AI & Data, you will:

• Participate in project roles as a requirements analyst, project manager, architect, or advisor.
• Work on assignments where we help clients implement AI strategies in practice, despite challenges such as data quality and skills shortages.
• Develop EY’s offerings and solutions in AI & Data through internal business development.
• Based on your experience, evolve from delivery-focused roles to consulting, project management, and business development.
• Influence the direction of how both EY and some of the largest companies in the Nordics work with AI & Data.

Skills and Attributes for Success

We are looking for someone who has:

• 3–7 years of work experience in AI & Data.
• Practical experience with generative AI.
• A master's degree with strong academic credentials or equivalent.
• Previous experience in the consulting industry.

Additionally, we would like you to have experience in one or more of the following areas:

Data & (Gen) AI Strategy

• Define, plan, and implement data and AI strategies to make organizations data-driven and apply AI/generative AI.
• Experience with Data Office or working with/supporting Head of Data, Head of AI, Head of Data Science, or CDO.

Data Governance & Data Management

• Define data governance models and operational models for data roles and processes and implement these in the organization.
• Define and implement data management capabilities such as data catalog, data quality, data marketplace, master data management, etc., preferably in tools like Informatica.
