In this role, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive work packages for Capex projects and turnaround activities (TA) to support a safe and cost-effective operation.

The role is critical in facilitating effective project execution and maintenance activities within the process chemical industry.

In your future role as Turnaround Planner, you will

• Evaluate workload and resource requirements within the area
• Order necessary materials to support project execution
• Prepare key documentation including drawings, risk assessments, calculations, material specifications, kitting, and more
• Undertake additional tasks during turnaround periods (TA)
• Participate in maintenance and Capex projects, contribute to work preparation, and ensure overall project success

We believe you have

• Post-secondary education in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or equivalent relevant work experience
• Experience in planning and executing Capex projects within the process chemical industry
• Extensive experience in turnaround planning and execution
• Strong understanding of process chemistry and industrial operations
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., SAP, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project)
• Knowledge of safety regulations and risk management practices
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as drawings and specifications
• Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written

It is a plus if you have

• Experience with kitting and material management in connection with TA shutdowns
• Experience working in cross-functional project teams with multiple stakeholders
• Experience in improvement work related to planning processes
