Job Description

Method Technician Cleaning;

We are facing exciting challenges and strong growth, and therefore we are looking for another method technician in cleaning, with a particular focus on our washing machines, to strengthen our team.

About the Role

As a method technician, you play a key role in ensuring that our processes run smoothly and that continuous improvements are implemented. You work closely with other method technicians, method owners, production engineers, and operators.

Typical Responsibilities:

• Participate in the procurement of equipment
• Evaluate and introduce new methods and cleaning agents, including for 3D printed parts
• Review and assess the implications of changes regarding design and production setup
• Support with method knowledge in deviation management
• Establish instructions, templates, and production documentation
• Participate as an expert in analyses and investigations within the area of expertise
• Contribute to flowing customer requirements and create conditions for these requirements to be met
• Act as an expert during production disturbances by participating in investigation and improvement work
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Contribute with specialist expertise in various types of technology development projects.
• Continuously improve working methods and the method.
• Support in method and product qualifications.

Qualifications

• You have experience in cleaning or other chemical processes.
• You are flexible, driven, meticulous, and have a willingness to learn.
• You have a good ability to communicate and handle questions and challenges from operators and production staff.
• You have creative and innovative thinking with the ability to think outside the box to solve problems and drive improvements.
• You have a positive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• You are curious, proactive, and enjoy working in a varied environment.

We are looking for someone with a technical university degree, vocational training in production technology, or other relevant education/experience. Since we operate in a global environment, you need to have good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
