About the AssignmentYou will join an in-house team within the automotive industry working with interior systems such as interior illumination and power outlets (e.g., wireless charging, USB and 12V). The team works cross-functionally across hardware, software and test, with close collaboration to ensure robust solutions and a strong in-car user experience.
Job Description- Act as hardware responsible in development projects for illumination and power outlet solutions
- Lead hardware and electronics development in close cooperation with suppliers to ensure requirements and quality targets are met
- Create and maintain requirement specifications for electronics/hardware
- Evaluate hardware performance in rigs and in vehicles
- Support and contribute to test activities together with test engineers
- Participate in packaging discussions to secure required space and integration in future vehicles
- Collaborate closely with the project leader, software responsible and test engineer, and coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders (e.g., design, EMC, ergonomics and electrical performance)
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent technical training/experience
- Min 3-4 years of Experience in electronic development
- Experience in electronic requirement management
- Good English skills, verbally and in writing
- Valid B driving license
- Fluent Swedish
- Experience from the automotive industry
