We are looking for a Project Coordinator who will support Design Project Leaders in the daily work within design projects. The role is central to ensuring structure, follow-up, and progress in projects related to product development within the automotive industry. You will work closely with project managers and design teams, contributing to managing activities, deliveries, timelines, and resources according to agreed processes and governance.

You will be responsible for coordinating and planning design activities and deliveries according to the established development process, scope, timeline, and budget. The role includes tracking project hours and model costs, as well as continuously updating project forecasts in resource files. You will follow up on activities and milestones, consolidate materials for decision points and project gates, and manage Level 2 timelines, including physical modeling plans. Additionally, you will support the teams administratively by creating project pages, calling meetings, writing minutes, and preparing for project meetings and reviews. You will also compile overviews of deliveries within the Design Project Timing Portfolio and provide operational support in project management.

• Updated and quality-assured project plans according to the established development process

• Accurate and ongoing tracking of hours, model costs, and project forecasts

• Clear and consolidated materials for project gates and milestones

• Structured and updated Level 2 timeline including physical modeling plan

• Consolidated and current overview of deliveries within the Design Project Timing Portfolio

• Effective administrative and operational support to project managers and PMO

• At least 3 years of experience in a support function in an office environment within the automotive industry

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams

• Ability to coordinate and structure business and design-related activities in project plans

• Experience working in cross-functional and global teams

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written

• Experience with SAP

• Knowledge of workflows, processes, and routines in a design studio

• Experience in project management and governance support
