Job Description

We need you to take responsibility for a customer area, lead problem-solving, and develop our work in quality assurance. It is a varied job with many personal meetings, both internally and externally, and with support from experienced colleagues.

We are strengthening our team with a Quality Leader. You will be the contact person for the quality system and compliance with customer requirements for the customer you will take responsibility for after an introductory program. Supportive colleagues with broad expertise and experience are in the team you will be part of. You will work closely with programs, manufacturing, and engineering, as well as with process leaders to support continuous improvements and compliance processes. In this role, you will also be involved in customer audits and evaluations of GKN Aerospace Sweden.

• Analyze, review, and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Handle customer complaints.
• Act as a subject matter expert for the customer's quality system requirements.
• Train employees in the customer's system requirements.
• Contribute to improvements in our operational management system (OMS).
• Lead and participate in activities for better quality.
• Support the organization with a proactive approach, process management, continuous improvements, problem-solving, etc.

Qualifications

You have a technical education in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience as a Manufacturing Engineer, Trainee, or in quality or engineering is an advantage.
• Experience from proactive work with various quality tools.
• You enjoy challenges and solving problems.
• You thrive in personal meetings and are a team player with the ability to deliver results on time.
• You are analytical and well-structured as a person and can communicate fluently both in writing and verbally in both Swedish and English.
• Attributes such as integrity, communication and networking skills, as well as the ability to take initiative and collaborate align well with who you are as a person.
