We are experts in property services and we deliver service solutions to businesses and public sector organizations throughout Sweden. We ensure that properties and workplaces are as efficient and inspiring as possible. With our technical services, we create conditions for productivity while minimizing risks.

Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that electrical safety regulations and directives are followed, so that all non-electrical and electrical work within your sites complies with current electrical safety regulations. The work is carried out in collaboration with the Operations Manager. You implement the overarching instructions or, in some cases, develop local instructions where they are lacking - e.g., operational instructions for the safe maintenance of the facility, implement established routines for how and when work requests should be applied. You check the instructions regarding how Electrical Operations Managers, Coupling Managers, and Electrical Safety Managers are appointed. You provide local directives on how and when to disconnect faulty electrical installations and, if necessary, issue local instructions for testing and commissioning, based on overarching instructions. You are responsible for ensuring that the single-line diagram/operational diagram has updated boundaries drawn between the various Electrical Operations Manager areas and that contact details for these are updated. You collaborate in writing with other Electrical Operations Managers at facilities that are connected to each other. If necessary, you call upon and seek assistance from external standby technicians and selected subcontractors or side suppliers and follow up/control their work. Purchasing materials according to the applicable purchasing policy is included in the role. If necessary, support the team in operations. Travel is required for this position.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with an Electrician education - e.g., high school education with vocational qualification (technical high school education) or higher education eligibility, i.e., completed, documented, and approved Swedish/foreign education - translated and verified by the Swedish Council for Higher Education, higher education in the electrical field, and several years of documented experience in the field verified by limited authorization B certificate or ECY certificate and employment certificates, where your knowledge of the various voltage and current areas is specified, has an approved ESA training or has worked according to SS-EN 50110 and also practical experience in establishing work orders/coupling slips. It is a requirement that you have worked as an Industrial Electrician and have practical experience in operation, maintenance, and electrical installations in electrical systems within specific voltage – low or high voltage, e.g., work in substations, operation of switches. You have completed relevant occupational safety training and have training in Mobile Work Platforms, Working at Heights, Facility Manager, Automatic Fire Alarm Systems, and practical experience in operation, maintenance, and execution of electrical installations. Desirable: Have limited authorization B, have worked as Electrical Facility Manager in e.g., power production facilities or equivalent industrial facilities, Hot Work and Sprinkler certificates.

You have a pedagogical, unpretentious, and attentive approach, and you thrive in a dynamic and changing industrial environment – close to colleagues and customers. As a person, you have good coordination skills, are administratively efficient, and quality-oriented.

Since the role involves many contact points – internally and externally, you need to have a collaborative attitude and very good communication skills. You tackle challenges with equal parts experience and creativity. Improvement work is something you see as a natural part of the job. You thrive in the role of corporate representative and share ISS's desire to deliver world-class service. We also see that you take great responsibility for your work and are driven to perform various tasks professionally. Furthermore, you are meticulous and methodical in your execution.
