Do you want to work in a key role where technology, customer contact, and societal benefit meet? We are now looking for a project manager with technical responsibility for district heating plants – a role where you can combine engineering expertise with project management and business acumen. With us, you will be a central driving force in the development of Sweden's most sustainable circular city.

As a project manager and technical responsible for district heating plants, you will have overall responsibility for planning, execution, and follow-up of customer projects and maintenance projects. You will work closely with our customers, sales organization, project department, and colleagues within energy services.

You will become our internal expert on district heating plants – both technically and strategically – and an important link in developing our energy services and creating long-term customer relationships.

You will be part of the energy services within the sales department. The group consists of eleven employees with broad expertise and long experience, who are happy to share knowledge and support each other in daily work. We work to improve customers' energy use and indoor climate through consulting, contracting, and information services, as well as being responsible for district heating plants and meters through smart, sustainable solutions.

Your main responsibilities

· Lead and execute customer projects and planned maintenance work in district heating plants.

· Dimension, analyze, and optimize technical solutions in existing and new district heating facilities.

· Provide technical support during the bidding process and contribute to new business opportunities together with the sales department and project organization for new district heating connections.

· Ensure economic and quality follow-up of customer projects.

· Contribute to the development of routines, working methods, and customer dialogue within Energy Services.

· Be responsible for the company's district heating plants and the development of new functions in dialogue with suppliers.

Your background and personal qualities You are a person who thrives in the intersection of technology and customer contact. You can communicate technical concepts in a way that customers understand, and you have an easy time building trust. At the same time, you have analytical skills and a structured approach that allows you to take responsibility for both technology, economics, and project execution.

· Responsible, follow-up oriented, and driven in your work approach.

· Relationship-building and comfortable in a role with many contact points.

We would like you to have

· An engineering degree or equivalent competence in energy, HVAC, or a related field.

· Good technical understanding of energy systems in buildings, preferably district heating.

· Experience in project management is an advantage.

· Good computer skills and the ability to work systematically with follow-up.

· A valid driver's license (B).
