In our district Centrum, we work purposefully for a long-term positive development of our properties, as well as for safe and pleasant living environments. With your expertise as a property manager and leader, you methodically coach your employees and create conditions for both people and properties to develop sustainably and long-term. You are responsible for the properties' economy developing in line with set goals, focusing on revenues, costs, and investments in your portfolio.

The safety, satisfaction, and participation of tenants in the area's development are equally prioritized. You actively work with the technical development of the properties, are responsible for setting goals, and following up on operating costs and regulatory requirements. The role also includes responsibility for contracts related to the properties.

Your role includes personnel responsibility for a group of caretakers where you lead and distribute the work. You collaborate closely with the district's property engineer, economist, and other property managers, and report to the district manager.

A listening, proactive leader with a holistic view

We are looking for someone who is a confident and appreciated leader with at least five years of experience in the real estate industry, for example as a manager, technical manager, property engineer, or equivalent. You have post-secondary education in the real estate field, for example as a certified property manager, or have acquired equivalent competence through several years of relevant work experience. You have good knowledge of regulatory requirements related to the property owner's responsibilities and understand the connection between economy, property development, and tenant satisfaction.

As a person, you are structured, analytical, and proactive with a strong sense of service and social empathy. You communicate well in both speech and writing and have a coaching and listening leadership style where you are attentive and show respect, consideration, and care in your interactions. A driver's license (B) is required.
