Summer job in administrative documents geotechnics Job Responsibilities

Our section is responsible for specialist support in geotechnics, drainage, hydrogeology, road technology, and rock and tunnel technology. As a summer employee with us, you will help strengthen the quality of the Swedish Transport Administration's geotechnical information related to railway construction. The work is an important part of ensuring that the right documentation is available for future projects, maintenance, and investments.

Your main tasks will include:

• Reviewing and quality assuring geotechnical drawings and technical documents
• Comparing paper documents with digital archives and identifying discrepancies
• Contributing to increased traceability and accessibility in our geodata

This summer job provides you with practical insight into how geotechnical information is managed in one of Sweden's largest infrastructure facilities and how digital information management supports long-term societal development.

Expected period for the summer job: 2026-06-08 - 2026-08-28

As a person, you are solution-oriented and have the ability to engage in various tasks and solve the situations that arise. You have good collaboration skills, are committed, and perform your tasks reliably. You are motivated by active participation where you responsibly take charge of your tasks while being attentive to how you are part of and contribute to the whole by collaborating with others.

We are looking for someone who has:

• ongoing university education in Civil Engineering where you have completed at least 5 semesters or have completed such education in 2024 or later
• good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form
• good computer skills
