About the position
As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will have a key responsibility for the entire operations function - from forecasting and planning to purchasing, logistics, and IT. You will ensure efficient and structured flows, stable delivery capacity, and high customer satisfaction, while contributing to the company's long-term development.
In this role, you will work closely with management, sales, and external partners, combining operational responsibility with strategic improvement work. You will drive processes related to purchasing, order management, inventory, and transportation, ensure accurate data in the business system, and follow up on KPIs such as delivery precision and inventory turnover.
You will also be the point of contact for suppliers, freight companies, 3PL partners, and IT providers, and will be responsible for developing and specifying IT solutions related to business systems and integrations. The role gives you the opportunity to lead improvement projects, create clear processes, and contribute directly to efficiency, cost optimization, and business growth. This is a broad and business-oriented role where you can truly make a difference every day.
About you
We are looking for someone who is confident in taking overall responsibility and has several years of experience working in a business-oriented role within operations, logistics, or supply chain. You are used to combining strategic thinking with operational execution and thrive in an environment where structure, analysis, and decision-making are crucial for success.
You have a relevant post-secondary education in logistics, supply chain, industrial economics, IT, or equivalent, and solid experience in forecasting, purchasing, inventory management, and monitoring of goods flows. You have very good system skills and experience working in ERP and business systems, as well as a good understanding of IT integrations and digital flows. Experience collaborating with 3PL providers is an advantage.
As a person, you are structured, analytical, and solution-oriented, with the ability to create stability, clarity, and progress. You are self-driven, unpretentious, and comfortable in dialogue with both internal and external stakeholders. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and thrive in a role where you are expected to take responsibility, drive improvements, and contribute to the long-term development of the business.
