Are you an experienced Technical Manager with a genuine interest in properties and maintenance?

As a technical manager, you will have overall responsibility for our planned property maintenance. You have an independent working style while working closely with our Managers, who have overall responsibility for the properties. You will also collaborate closely with the operations and service department, which is responsible for the technical operating systems, as well as with our property development department. 

You will be based at the head office and report to the Head of Management Support.

• Responsible for developing and following up the maintenance planning for the entire Mölndalsbostäder property portfolio.
• Property owner responsibility, such as SBA coordination of housing, authority inspections such as elevators, gates, radon, etc.
• Procure and manage maintenance projects.
• Ongoing contacts with tenants in connection with own maintenance and renovation projects and, if necessary, negotiations with the Tenants' Association.
• Financial responsibility for planned maintenance.
• Together with our property development department, you will develop development plans for our properties.
• Management's requirements setter and representative in larger and more complex projects driven by the Property Development department.
• Contract manager for assigned procurement areas.
• Set requirements and drive digital development within the area of responsibility.

As a Technical Manager, you work broadly and independently with a high degree of personal responsibility. Therefore, you need to have a good ability to take your own initiatives to drive the work forward and a desire to create functioning working methods to improve and develop the business. Furthermore, you are service-oriented and possess a good ability to manage business relationships, and you also like to stay updated in the field and drive development.

Since the role involves several points of contact, both internally and externally, it is important that you have good communication skills both verbally and in writing, combined with a clear and professional way of interacting with both colleagues and customers to create good relationships.

We are primarily looking for someone with several years of experience in the property or construction industry and who feels confident in independently managing technical management and the development of Mölndalsbostäder's property portfolio. You likely have a post-secondary education in real estate, economics, or engineering and/or equivalent work experience in the field.

If you have previously worked with maintenance planning and maintenance projects in the property industry, it is an advantage.
