Your role

You will belong to our maintenance department, which consists of eight employees in electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and automation. Together, we are responsible for all maintenance at the production facilities for heating, cooling, electricity, and pumping stations in the district heating network. We perform preventive and corrective maintenance and drive or participate in projects/maintenance assignments.

As a maintenance planner, you will coordinate between maintenance and other departments and have close cooperation with our operating engineers. You will work closely with our maintenance engineers across all disciplines to ensure that the facilities are maintained according to laws and requirements, with the goal of high facility availability and a focus on working environment. You are responsible for planning and preparing maintenance work and leading smaller maintenance projects, but also participating in larger projects.

One of your most important tasks is to plan and conduct our facility audits. This means scheduling contracts and work with a focus on safe and efficient execution. You ensure that our assignments are always driven, completed, and documented correctly.

You will also work on developing our working methods by improving and initiating the maintenance department's work processes, instructions, and routines. Our maintenance system helps us manage our maintenance, and you will work daily with fault reports, work orders, and system development. Obtaining quotes and evaluating bids for spare parts and services is a natural part of your work. Coordination of our activities regarding pressure vessel work and our ongoing supervision program is included, which also involves contacts with third-party organizations.

As we are in a phase where our facilities are constantly developing, you will participate in our investment and renovation projects, which include district cooling expansion. Digitalization within our maintenance work is a challenge that you and the rest of the maintenance team will work on in the coming years. On-call duty may be included in the position after some time with us. The work as a maintenance planner means that you work independently but with constant adaptation to our operations organization's requirements and priorities for the daily operation of our facilities. Therefore, it is important that you are flexible, can collaborate, and enjoy solving tasks together.

Who are you

• University degree in mechanics, chemistry, or energy, or equivalent experience.
• Several years of work experience from process, energy, or similar industry where you have worked with operations, maintenance, or project management.
• You may have practical experience of "working with machinery" in reality.
• Communicate well in spoken and written Swedish and handle English well.
• You manage IT tools such as MS Project and Office programs.
• Driver's license for a car.
