Job Description

Are you a person passionate about optimizing processes and ensuring that the right materials are in place at the right time? As a master scheduler with us, you will play a crucial role in improving our production chain and optimizing our capital binding. You will work in a dynamic environment where each day offers new challenges and opportunities to grow. If you are analytical, solution-oriented, and have a passion for logistics, this is the perfect role for you!

As a master scheduler with us, you will have a central role in securing material availability for the value stream by performing accurate forecasting both short and long term. Your work will be crucial in ensuring a smooth production chain and enabling deliveries to our customer. You will be part of a dynamic and cross-functional team where you will have many interfaces with purchasing, production, programs, and logistics.

Examples of Tasks

  • Establish spare parts forecasts based on statistical analysis of material consumption.
  • Develop analysis tools to streamline strategic material supply work.
  • Continuously update control parameters for materials to ensure spare parts supply and optimize capital binding.
  • Create purchase revisions of materials.
  • Manage customer orders for spare parts, which includes handling customer inquiries, responding to quotes, and initiating deliveries of spare parts to customers.
  • Coordinate and communicate material needs with internal workshops during meetings.
  • Prepare and participate in planning meetings for the value stream.
  • Participate in supplier meetings as needed.
  • Analyze the impact on material supply for change requests.
  • Contribute to developing work methods to improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Represent material planning in relevant forums.
  • Work with inventory forecasts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or similar.
  • Strong interest in working with continuous improvements.
  • Experience in Supply Chain.
  • Fluent in both Swedish and English.
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with SAP is an advantage.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Good ability to develop teams and create networks.
  • Good collaboration skills.
