As a project manager at TMC, you will work with production development alongside our clients throughout Skaraborg. The projects are varied, and our clients come from different industries and sizes. Your tasks will include investigations and feasibility studies, machinery procurement and the establishment of new production lines, development of new working methods and processes, and the introduction of new products and technologies. Working together with others in a dynamic environment with interdisciplinary disciplines demands your technical skills as well as your social abilities when collaborating with and leading your colleagues.

We are curious about you if you are an educated engineer with a long documented experience in leading improvement and investment projects. You should have the ability to identify improvements in existing processes, create new working methods, and then implement these together with the various functions of our clients.
