Your role

• You will support the teams within Production in their development and improvement initiatives from an IFS-system view. This includes streamlining methods and increasing efficiency in ways of working.
• You will be a member of our IFS governance team and participate in planning our new generation of IFS-system. You will be Production's speaking partner in the interface with our ERP-system developers.
• Responsible for educating the production organization regarding new functionality and ways of working in our IFS-system.
• Responsible for supporting the production organization with development and improvements in current tools that work with the IFS-system.
• You will also be a part of the current IFS-system governance and help approve new functionality, solve problems, and verify new releases in the system.
• Responsible for helping the production organization when problems with the IFS-system arise for the users.
• You will be a part of Production Site Gothenburg.

Your profile

We are looking for a person with experience from IFS systems and a great interest in supply chain management, improvement of processes, digitalization, and analysis of large amounts of data.

We believe you are curious and thrive in a changing environment and have the ability to persistently drive and adapt to changes and new demands.

You know the importance of building a cross-functional relationship both within and across organizations. Your communicative skills, ability to share knowledge, and empower the organization will be of utmost importance.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around security protection. For positions requiring security clearance, additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
